Last week started in Scotland, with me getting over a stomach bug. Sunday night we drove from Glasgow to Gretna and we got up early to get as much driving done before Pumpkin woke up – we were almost through the Lake District when the sun came up.

The rest of the week was pretty quiet – lots of time at home with me trying (and failing mostly) to get work done during the day, and me trying (and failing mostly) to get the child to sleep at a decent hour so I can get work done at night.
We had a lovely Saturday, though, with a trip to Vintage Lindy Lou for cake and sandwiches.
